Video: Don’t come to mass without your PVC, priest orders members to go back home

A Catholic priest has ordered some of parishioners who doesn’t have Permanent Voters Card to go back home.

In a video footage obtained by Eculaw News, the Catholic priest was heard telling his members to go and enroll for PVC before coming for Church service.
