BREAKING: High court orders FG to return Nnamdi Kanu to Kenya

..awards Kanu N500m in damages over extra ordinary rendition

A Federal High Court sitting in Umuahia, Abia State capital, has awarded the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, the sum of 500 million naira in damages for his extra ordinary rendition from Kenya.

The court also requested that Nnamdi Kanu should be returned to status quo, which means, he should be taken back to Kenya where he was abducted by the government.

During the court sitting, the counsel to the federal government was absent even as the judgment was delivered.
