Court throws out EFCC’s suit against Senator Okorocha

A federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out a case against the former governor of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
While delivering judgment, Justice Yusuf Halilu, described the anti-graft agency’s charges of fraud and abuse of office against Okorocha as an abuse of judicial process on the grounds that the commission had filed a similar charge against the defendant at the Federal high court.
