The Senate President and major contender for All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential ticket, Senator Ahmad Lawan on Friday evening held a private meeting with the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq
Lawan and his team including Chief Whip of the Senate and former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu met the Kwara Governor in Kwara State Governor’s lodge, Abuja
The details of the meeting was not officially disclosed but it is highly expected to be part of of Lawan’s consultation with stakeholders and leaders of the party.
The Senate President, largely touted to be favoured by the party’s stakeholders, has continued to give an account of his expertise in public service, governance and other related areas
